We have an opportunity for a Principal Technical Program Manager to join the Strategic Customers Engineering organization within the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Group. This critical role will work with cross-functional teams across all of OCI to drive strategic initiatives and deliver high-impact solutions for key customers. Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical programs for OCI strategic customers, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and sales teams to define program scope, milestones, and success metrics.
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolving complex technical and operational blockers across cross-functional teams.
• Drive adoption of OCI services through customer workshops, proof-of-concepts, and tailored solution architectures.
• Manage program budgets, resources, and stakeholder communications at executive levels.
• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program impact and customer satisfaction.
• Foster innovation by integrating emerging OCI technologies into customer solutions.
• Contribute to process improvements and best practices within the Strategic Customers Engineering team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technical program management, with 5+ years in cloud infrastructure or enterprise software.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven track record managing complex, cross-functional programs in fast-paced environments.
• Deep technical knowledge of cloud platforms (OCI, AWS, Azure) and infrastructure services.
• Strong leadership skills with experience influencing without direct authority.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive audiences and customers.
