Overview

OCI is searching for a Principal Program Manager to join OCI's Planning & Strategic Initiatives (PSI) organization, which steers Oracle’s strategy by coordinating key workstreams in AI adoption, global cloud expansion, compliance, and modernization. By driving innovation and ensuring secure, scalable cloud solutions, PSI keeps Oracle ahead in the rapidly evolving global cloud landscape. This role is based in Nashville, TN, United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional workstreams for AI adoption, cloud expansion, compliance, and modernization initiatives.
• Coordinate strategic planning and execution across global teams to align with Oracle's cloud objectives.
• Drive innovation in secure, scalable cloud solutions to maintain competitive edge.
• Manage program timelines, budgets, and resources for high-impact PSI projects.
• Facilitate stakeholder collaboration, including executives, engineering, and product teams.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies for strategic initiatives.
• Track and report on key metrics for AI, compliance, and expansion programs.
• Champion process improvements to enhance PSI efficiency and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in program/project management, preferably in cloud computing or tech strategy.
• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in AI or cloud environments.
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, compliance standards, and global expansion challenges.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a strategic mindset.
