Overview

As a Principal Program Manager at Oracle, you will gather and analyze data to develop actionable proposals on key supply chain initiatives, presenting them to stakeholders and executive leadership. Once approved, you will lead end-to-end implementation, ensuring on-time execution while addressing bottlenecks using Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies. You will act as a subject matter expert, collaborating with supply chain, engineering, and cloud operations teams to define requirements and implement tools, processes, and automation.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze data to develop clear, actionable proposals for supply chain initiatives.
• Present proposals to stakeholders and executive leadership for approval.
• Lead end-to-end implementation of approved initiatives with daily updates.
• Ensure on-time execution and monitor project progress.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of program management experience in supply chain or operations.
