Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end development and delivery of data center construction projects.
• Manage executive-level stakeholder relationships and communications.
• Lead vendor selection, negotiations, and performance management.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, and operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and methodologies.
• Report project status, milestones, and KPIs to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in data center construction, infrastructure, or related project management.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
• Proven track record managing $50M+ capital projects on time and budget.
• Strong leadership skills with experience directing large, diverse teams.
• Expertise in contract management, procurement, and vendor oversight.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management at executive levels.
