Overview

Oracle is seeking a Principal Project Manager for Datacenter Infrastructure Delivery in Dubai to lead large and medium complexity GPU programs and projects extending beyond VP scope. The role drives strategic colocation partnerships across EMEA, represents the team at senior levels, and fosters continuous process improvements. Provides mentoring to junior program managers while aligning initiatives with Oracle's long-term vision.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver large and medium complexity GPU programs and projects leaking outside VP scope.
• Drive strategic colocation partnerships within the EMEA region.
• Ensure successful execution of high-impact collaborations aligned with Oracle's vision.
• Represent the team independently up to VP level and higher.
• Brief senior leaders inside and outside the organization on program processes.
• Drive continuous improvement of project processes, templates, and reporting methodologies.
• Provide mentoring and guidance to junior program managers.
• Oversee datacenter infrastructure fitout and delivery initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technical program/project management, preferably in datacenter or infrastructure.
• Proven track record leading complex GPU or high-compute programs.
• Strong experience driving strategic partnerships in EMEA region.
• Excellent communication skills for senior stakeholder briefings.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop junior team members.
• Expertise in project management methodologies and process optimization.
