Overview

As a Principal Sales Consultant, you will lead presales technical and functional support for prospective clients, ensuring customer satisfaction. You will act as a technical expert and mentor to junior Sales Consultants while focusing on complex sales opportunities requiring innovative solutions. Develop tools, training, and deliver exceptional Oracle presentations to drive sales success.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and lead presales technical/functional support for prospective clients.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
• Mentor and serve as a technical resource for less experienced Sales Consultants.
• Focus on large or complex sales opportunities needing creative solutions.
• Develop productivity tools and training materials for Sales Consultants.
• Create and deliver outstanding Oracle presentations and demonstrations.
• Lead all aspects of the technical sales process from start to finish.
• Advise clients on comprehensive Oracle architecture solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise software sales experience, preferably with Oracle products.
• Deep technical expertise in Oracle solutions and cloud technologies.
• Proven track record leading complex, high-value sales opportunities.
• Strong presentation and demonstration skills with hands-on experience.
• Excellent mentoring and team leadership capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
