As Principal Sales Consultant based in Amsterdam, Netherlands, you will focus on solution consulting and architecture for core Health Insurance technology/applications to insurer clients in the EMEA region. Drive sales success by demonstrating value and aligning solutions with client business needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution consulting and architecture design for Oracle Health Insurance applications to EMEA insurer clients.
• Conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concept sessions to showcase solution capabilities.
• Collaborate with sales teams to develop winning strategies, proposals, and responses to RFPs.
• Analyze client business requirements and map them to Oracle Health Insurance functionalities.
• Provide technical expertise during sales cycles, including presentations and client meetings.
• Support post-sales implementation by advising on best practices and integration strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape in health insurance.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in health insurance IT solutions, consulting, or sales engineering.
• Deep knowledge of health insurance processes, regulations, and core systems in EMEA.
• Proven track record in solution architecture and pre-sales for enterprise software.
• Strong presentation and communication skills with ability to engage C-level executives.
• Experience with Oracle Health Insurance or similar policy administration systems preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field; fluency in English required.
