- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure 99.99% uptime.
- Drive adoption of cutting-edge technologies and industry best practices.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Contribute to on-call rotations and incident response for production systems.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in site reliability engineering or DevOps roles.
- Expertise in cloud platforms (OCI, AWS, GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Go, or Java.
- Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix systems, networking, and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (Terraform), and monitoring.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in ambiguous environments.
