Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of highly available, scalable cloud systems.
• Develop and automate monitoring, alerting, and incident response processes for OCI services.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize system performance and reliability.
• Drive root cause analysis for production incidents and implement preventive measures.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to accelerate service deployments.
• Mentor junior SREs and foster a culture of reliability engineering best practices.
• Contribute to capacity planning and resource optimization for global cloud infrastructure.
• Research and integrate cutting-edge tools and technologies to enhance SRE capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or systems engineering roles.
• Expertise in cloud infrastructure (OCI, AWS, GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Go, or Java for automation.
• Strong experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana) and observability platforms.
• Proven track record in on-call rotation and handling large-scale production incidents.
