Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable AI/ML models for cloud operations, focusing on incident detection and automated resolution.
• Build and optimize GenAI-powered applications integrated with OCI's hyper-scale infrastructure.
• Collaborate with product, research, and GenAI services teams to define and implement AI service roadmaps.
• Drive end-to-end development of AI features, from prototyping to production deployment.
• Improve system performance, reliability, and observability in large-scale cloud environments.
• Mentor junior engineers and lead technical initiatives in a fast-paced agile team.
• Conduct code reviews, ensure best practices, and contribute to open-source AI projects.
• Stay ahead of AI advancements and integrate emerging technologies into OCI operations.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of software development experience, with strong expertise in AI/ML and cloud platforms.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++, with experience in ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
• Deep knowledge of distributed systems, microservices, and hyper-scale cloud infrastructure.
• Proven track record building production-grade AI applications, preferably in operations or SRE.
• Experience with GenAI, LLMs, or agentic AI systems; familiarity with OCI or AWS/GCP a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in collaborative, innovative environments.
