Overview
We are building a new Software Assurance Gateway team at OCI in India. Our mission is to develop and operate gateway services ensuring security and integrity of services within customer tenancies. We seek a Principal Software Developer to build highly resilient, scalable, and performant services meeting critical customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Lead design and development of gateway services for tenancy security.
- Build scalable, high-performance systems handling massive workloads.
- Ensure service resiliency and fault tolerance in production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on architecture and implementation.
- Drive operationalization, monitoring, and maintenance of gateway services.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.
- Optimize services for low latency and high availability.
- Contribute to security best practices and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of software development experience in cloud or distributed systems.
- Expertise in Java, Go, or similar languages with strong CS fundamentals.
- Proven track record building scalable, resilient microservices.
- Experience with OCI, AWS, or similar cloud platforms.
- Strong knowledge of networking, security, and gateway architectures.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
