Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and development of high-performance Java-based microservices for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
• Design and implement scalable database solutions using Oracle Database and PL/SQL.
• Mentor and guide senior developers, conducting code reviews and fostering best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps and technical requirements.
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex production issues.
• Integrate AI/ML models into enterprise applications using Oracle's AI services.
• Drive adoption of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and Kubernetes.
• Contribute to open-source projects and represent Oracle at industry conferences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 10+ years of software development experience with Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs.
• Expertise in Oracle Database, SQL tuning, and PL/SQL development.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms (OCI, AWS, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering enterprise-scale projects.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
