Overview
The Oracle Analytics Service Excellence team seeks a Principal AI Automation Engineer to lead intelligent automation, diagnostics, and remediation tools for Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) and OASE SRE. This role demands expertise in cloud-native operations, Python/Java development, and AI-driven systems to enhance reliability and accelerate incident resolution. Drive automation at scale across LARS, AI diagnostics, autonomous remediation, and Agentic SRE workflows.
Responsibilities
- Lead development of AI-powered automation tools for OAC diagnostics and remediation.
- Design and implement LARS (Live Site Incident Automated Remediation System) enhancements.
- Build autonomous remediation prototypes using machine learning and agentic workflows.
- Develop scalable Python and Java solutions for cloud-native SRE operations.
- Collaborate with SRE and DevOps teams to integrate AI into end-to-end workflows.
- Optimize systems to reduce operational burden and accelerate incident resolution.
- Prototype and deploy new AI-assisted diagnostics for Oracle Analytics ecosystem.
- Mentor engineers and drive strategic initiatives in intelligent automation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of software development experience with Python and Java.
- Deep expertise in cloud-native operations and SRE practices.
- Proven track record in AI/ML for automation and diagnostics.
- Experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud or similar SaaS platforms.
- Strong skills in building scalable, reliable distributed systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
