Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of scalable cloud-native applications for Oracle Health platform.
• Architect high-performance systems supporting healthcare data management and analytics.
• Collaborate with product teams to define and implement innovative healthcare solutions.
• Mentor junior developers and drive best practices in software engineering.
• Optimize application performance and ensure security/compliance with healthcare standards like HIPAA.
• Integrate AI/ML capabilities to enhance patient experiences and provider workflows.
• Contribute to technical strategy and roadmap for modernized healthcare infrastructure.
• Participate in agile processes, code reviews, and continuous delivery pipelines.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software development experience with Java, Python, or similar languages.
• Proven expertise in cloud platforms (OCI, AWS, Azure) and microservices architecture.
• Strong experience with relational/NoSQL databases and healthcare data standards (FHIR, HL7).
• Track record of leading complex projects in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
• Deep knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and passion for healthcare innovation.
