Responsibilities

• Lead complex technical investigations and root cause analysis for customer issues.
• Develop and maintain diagnostic tools and automation scripts to streamline support processes.

• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on troubleshooting methodologies.
• Deliver proactive support through performance tuning and system optimizations.
• Author knowledge base articles and contribute to internal training materials.
• Engage with customers via phone, email, and remote sessions to resolve critical incidents.
• Participate in on-call rotation to ensure 24/7 support coverage for enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with enterprise applications.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Python, or C++ with experience in cloud technologies.
• Deep knowledge of Oracle database, middleware, or Fusion Cloud platforms.
• Proven track record in production support and incident management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle high-pressure situations.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
