Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of scalable full-stack applications for life sciences platforms using modern JavaScript frameworks and Java/Spring Boot.
• Architect cloud-native solutions on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) to handle complex healthcare data workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver high-quality, user-centric features.
• Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and foster best practices in agile development environments.
• Integrate AI/ML models and data analytics to enhance life sciences applications for drug discovery and clinical trials.
• Optimize application performance, security, and compliance with HIPAA and FDA regulations.
• Prototype innovative solutions and contribute to open-source projects aligned with Oracle's ecosystem.
• Drive technical innovation by evaluating emerging technologies and proposing architectural improvements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of full-stack development experience with Java, React/Angular, and Node.js.
• Proven track record in cloud platforms, preferably Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• Strong experience in life sciences or healthcare software domains.
• Expertise in microservices, RESTful APIs, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and experience with agile methodologies.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
