Responsibilities

• Design and implement hyper-scale server provisioning systems for OCI data centers.
• Lead the integration and rollout of new hardware platforms across global regions.
• Develop and optimize firmware services for cloud infrastructure efficiency.
• Architect distributed systems handling millions of server lifecycle operations daily.
• Collaborate with hardware vendors to define next-gen server specifications.
• Mentor senior engineers and drive technical excellence in the team.
• Optimize performance, reliability, and cost of infrastructure services at exabyte scale.
• Contribute to open-source projects and industry standards for cloud hardware.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering with large-scale distributed systems.
• Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure, server management, or data center automation.
• Strong proficiency in systems programming (C/C++, Go, Rust) and Linux kernel.
• Proven track record of delivering hyper-scale infrastructure projects.
• Experience with hardware-firmware-software integration and BMC/IPMI.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle production incidents at scale.
