Overview

Customer Excellence Advisory Lead (CEAL) seeks a Principal Solutions Architect with hands-on expertise in Oracle Analytics Solutions, particularly Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI). The role focuses on understanding customer business needs to secure strategic deals incorporating AI and ML. You will collaborate with partners to drive skill development and solution success.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence solutions for enterprise customers.
• Analyze customer business requirements and translate them into analytical architectures.
• Secure strategic deals by integrating FDI with AI and Machine Learning capabilities.
• Collaborate with key partners to co-develop and deliver analytics solutions.
• Lead customer workshops and demonstrations of Oracle Analytics platforms.
• Provide technical guidance on FDI implementation best practices and optimizations.
• Support partner skill development through training and enablement programs.
• Contribute to thought leadership in analytics, AI, and cloud solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience implementing Oracle Analytics solutions, with FDI expertise.
• Deep knowledge of customer business needs in analytical and AI-driven solutions.
• Proven track record in securing strategic enterprise deals.
• Strong hands-on experience with AI/ML integration in Oracle platforms.
• Excellent collaboration skills with partners and cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
