Position Overview

The Principal Solutions Architect role within Customer Excellence Advisory Lead (CEAL) focuses on delivering exceptional Oracle Analytics solutions, particularly Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), to meet complex customer needs. This position requires hands-on expertise in architecting analytical platforms that integrate AI and ML to secure strategic deals and drive customer success. You will collaborate closely with partners to enhance their capabilities and ensure seamless implementation of advanced analytics solutions across the United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect and implement Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) solutions tailored to customer business requirements and analytical needs.
  • Lead the design of scalable analytics architectures incorporating AI and Machine Learning capabilities to drive strategic deal closures.
  • Conduct in-depth assessments of customer environments to identify opportunities for FDI optimization and integration.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop compelling solution proposals and demonstrations that highlight FDI value propositions.
  • Partner with key ecosystem allies to provide training, skill development, and co-delivery of Oracle Analytics implementations.
  • Deliver technical workshops, proof-of-concepts, and pilots showcasing FDI's AI/ML features to influence customer decision-making.
  • Ensure solution designs align with Oracle best practices, security standards, and performance benchmarks for enterprise-scale deployments.
  • Mentor junior architects and contribute to internal knowledge sharing on emerging analytics trends and FDI advancements.
  • Monitor post-implementation performance, providing advisory support to maximize ROI and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends in analytics, AI, and cloud technologies to inform innovative solution strategies.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise software implementation, with at least 5 years focused on Oracle Analytics or similar BI platforms.
  • Proven hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), including configuration, deployment, and customization.
  • Deep knowledge of data warehousing, ETL processes, and analytics lifecycle management in cloud environments.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML integration within analytics platforms, with practical experience in predictive modeling and automation.
  • Excellent consulting skills, including stakeholder management and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Experience securing strategic deals through technical leadership and solution architecture in competitive environments.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% within the United States for customer engagements and partner collaborations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Oracle certifications such as Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Architect or Oracle Analytics Cloud Specialist.
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud applications (ERP, HCM) and their integration with FDI.
  • Demonstrated success in partner enablement programs, including training delivery and joint go-to-market strategies.
  • Proficiency in programming languages like SQL, Python, or R for advanced analytics development.
  • Prior leadership in large-scale FDI implementations for Fortune 500 clients.
