Overview

Oracle Health Federal Team seeks an experienced Principal Systems Administrator 4 (Unix and Windows) to support Federal System Operations at Oracle Health & Analytics. This remote US-based role requires 10+ years of enterprise systems administration expertise in Linux and Windows systems. US Citizenship and Public Trust clearance eligibility are mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain enterprise Linux/Unix and Windows server environments.
• Manage system performance, availability, and security for federal operations.
• Perform system installations, configurations, upgrades, and patching.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across hybrid Unix/Windows infrastructures.
• Implement and enforce security policies and compliance standards.
• Monitor systems using industry-standard tools and develop automation scripts.
• Collaborate with federal teams on infrastructure projects and migrations.
• Document processes and provide 24/7 on-call support as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise systems administration in Linux/Unix and Windows.
• US Citizen eligible for Public Trust clearance.
• Expertise in Red Hat Linux, Solaris, or AIX administration.
• Strong Windows Server management (Active Directory, PowerShell).
• Experience with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud platforms.
• Scripting proficiency (Bash, PowerShell, Python).
