Job Description

Overview

Partner with project and leadership teams to develop and execute strategies using expertise in Oracle Products, especially OCI (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS), GCP, AWS, and Azure. Act as a trusted technical advisor and liaison between customers and Oracle's implementation, support, and development teams. Drive best practices to maximize the value of Oracle Products and Oracle Cloud.

Responsibilities

  • Provide subject matter expertise in OCI, GCP, AWS, Azure, and Oracle Cloud products.
  • Collaborate with customer teams on strategy development and execution.
  • Serve as technical liaison between customers and Oracle implementation teams.
  • Facilitate communication with Oracle support and development teams.
  • Implement best practices to optimize Oracle product value.
  • Influence project outcomes through technical guidance and recommendations.
  • Support customers in adopting multi-cloud strategies with Oracle integrations.
  • Drive customer success metrics and product adoption initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years in technical account management or cloud consulting roles.
  • Deep expertise in OCI (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS) and major cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure).
  • Proven track record as a trusted advisor in enterprise environments.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle product ecosystem and implementation best practices.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
