Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project schedules, timelines, and milestones for data center capacity expansions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, and procurement to ensure seamless delivery.
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolving blockers to maintain project momentum.
• Track budget, resources, and dependencies to optimize project outcomes.
• Communicate status updates, progress reports, and escalations to stakeholders and leadership.
• Drive process improvements and best practices in program management.
• Implement tools and methodologies for efficient project tracking and reporting.
• Collaborate with vendors and partners to align on deliverables and timelines.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical program management experience in data centers or cloud infrastructure.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's preferred.
• Proven track record managing large-scale, cross-functional projects with multimillion-dollar budgets.
• Strong knowledge of data center operations, hardware deployment, and capacity planning.
• Expertise in project management tools (JIRA, Asana, MS Project) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with ability to influence at all levels.
