Overview

Oracle is seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager, NPI - Compute in Seattle, WA to oversee the development and implementation of cutting-edge compute products. In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams through the entire New Product Introduction (NPI) lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions. Drive innovation in cloud compute infrastructure while collaborating with engineering, product, and operations stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end NPI processes for compute hardware and software products from concept to launch.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, supply chain, and quality assurance.
• Develop and maintain detailed program schedules, risk mitigation plans, and execution roadmaps.
• Drive technical reviews, design validations, and pilot production phases.
• Monitor key performance metrics and resolve blockers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements and success criteria.
• Implement scalable processes for compute product scalability and reliability.
• Provide executive-level reporting on program status and business impact.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technical program management, preferably in compute or cloud infrastructure.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's preferred.
• Proven track record leading NPI for hardware/software products at scale.
• Deep knowledge of compute technologies, cloud platforms, and supply chain dynamics.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing global, cross-functional teams.
• Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and program management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana).
