Overview

As a Principal Technical Program Manager at the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Multicloud team, you will own the execution of OCI Multicloud programs spanning multiple Oracle organizations and hyperscaler partners. You will collaborate with architects, product managers, software engineering teams, engineering leaders, and external partners to deliver innovative products and solutions. Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of complex multicloud programs across Oracle and partner organizations.
• Collaborate with architects, product managers, and engineering teams to define program scope and deliverables.
• Drive cross-functional alignment to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products and solutions.
• Manage program risks, dependencies, and issues with hyperscaler partners and internal stakeholders.
• Develop and track program metrics, reporting progress to senior leadership.
• Facilitate technical discussions and resolve blockers to maintain program momentum.
• Lead program planning, including resource allocation and milestone setting.
• Champion best practices in technical program management for multicloud initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technical program or project management, preferably in cloud infrastructure.
• Proven track record managing large-scale, cross-organizational programs with external partners.
• Deep understanding of multicloud architectures, hyperscalers (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and OCI.
• Strong technical background with ability to engage with software engineers and architects.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills for influencing senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PMP or similar certification preferred.
