Overview

We have an opportunity for a Principal Technical Program Manager to join the Strategic Customers Engineering organization within the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Group. This critical role will work with cross-functional teams across all of OCI to drive strategic initiatives for key customers. You will ensure seamless execution of complex technical programs, fostering innovation and customer success.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical programs for strategic OCI customers, managing timelines, risks, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, sales, and customer success teams to align on priorities and resolve blockers.
• Define program roadmaps, success metrics, and governance frameworks for large-scale cloud initiatives.
• Drive cross-functional execution, ensuring high-quality outcomes and adherence to OCI standards.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks, escalating issues to executive leadership as needed.
• Facilitate customer workshops, requirements gathering, and proof-of-concept implementations.
• Track program health using tools like JIRA, Asana, or OCI dashboards, providing regular status updates.
• Champion best practices in program management, mentoring junior team members.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technical program management, preferably in cloud infrastructure or SaaS environments.
• Proven track record managing complex, cross-functional programs in fast-paced tech companies.
• Deep understanding of cloud technologies (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
• Strong technical aptitude with ability to interface with engineering teams on architecture and scalability.
• Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting to executives and customers.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PMP or similar certification preferred.
