Overview

Oracle is seeking a forward-thinking Principal Technical Program Manager – Physical Security to drive innovative initiatives across our US operations. In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize physical security programs that protect Oracle's global assets and personnel. Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end physical security programs, from strategy development to deployment and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with engineering, facilities, and executive stakeholders to align security initiatives with business objectives.
  • Define and manage project roadmaps, timelines, budgets, and resources for high-impact security projects.
  • Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses for data centers, offices, and remote sites.
  • Implement advanced access control, surveillance, and intrusion detection systems.
  • Develop and enforce physical security policies, standards, and compliance frameworks.
  • Drive incident response planning, training, and post-event analysis for security breaches.
  • Mentor junior program managers and foster a culture of security awareness organization-wide.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in technical program management, with 5+ years focused on physical security.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Security Management, or related field; Master's preferred.
  • Proven track record managing complex, multi-million-dollar security projects in tech or enterprise environments.
  • Deep expertise in physical security technologies (CCTV, biometrics, perimeter protection).
  • Strong leadership skills with experience influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities; PMP, CISSP, or PSP certification a plus.
