Overview

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure’s (OCI) architecture development engineering team seeks a highly skilled Principal Technical Program Manager to lead GPU Platform and Infrastructure projects in El Paso, TX. You will align priorities across teams, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and drive end-to-end execution of complex products. Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end GPU platform and data center infrastructure projects.
  • Align priorities and roadmaps across engineering, product, and operations teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve dependencies and risks.
  • Drive execution of complex, large-scale initiatives from planning to delivery.
  • Develop and track program metrics, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to accelerate project velocity.
  • Lead capacity planning and resource allocation for GPU infrastructure builds.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years in technical program management, preferably in data centers or cloud infrastructure.
  • Proven experience managing GPU or AI infrastructure projects.
  • Strong understanding of data center operations, hardware, and networking.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Expertise in Agile methodologies, JIRA, and program management tools.
