Job Description

Overview

Oracle is seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead the development and implementation of a key company product in the United States. In this role, you will oversee cross-functional teams, drive end-to-end program execution, and ensure alignment with business objectives and technical roadmaps. Responsibilities

  • Lead the full lifecycle management of product development from ideation to launch and iteration.
  • Coordinate with engineering, product, design, and stakeholder teams to define and track program milestones.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Drive technical program execution, resolving blockers and ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery.
  • Facilitate cross-functional alignment through regular status meetings, dashboards, and reporting.
  • Manage program budgets, resources, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement agile methodologies.
  • Collaborate with leadership to prioritize features and align with Oracle's strategic goals.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in technical program management, preferably in cloud or enterprise software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven track record managing complex, large-scale programs with multiple dependencies.
  • Strong technical knowledge of software development, cloud infrastructure, and Oracle technologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar.
