This team is building a complete platform supporting modernized, automated healthcare. Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex healthcare platform projects on time and within budget.
• Define and execute technical program strategies aligned with Oracle Health business goals.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and stakeholder teams to prioritize features and resolve dependencies.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and ensure program health through metrics and reporting.
• Drive adoption of modern development practices and automation in healthcare applications.
• Manage program budgets, resources, and vendor relationships effectively.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and foster a culture of accountability and innovation.
• Communicate progress and challenges to senior leadership and executives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technical program management, preferably in healthcare or cloud platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven track record managing large-scale, distributed technical programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, microservices, and healthcare regulations (HIPAA).
• Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring program managers and engineers.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive-level interactions.
