Overview

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is scaling rapidly, launching next-generation commercial regions for AI, mission-critical workloads, sovereign deployments, and high-density compute at global scale. The Network Region Build (NRB) organization delivers the physical and logical networks powering each new region, from datacenter fabrics to optical transport and backbone integration. As Principal Technical Program Manager, you will lead complex network build programs, ensuring 24x7 delivery, automation readiness, and seamless network validations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of network region builds, coordinating datacenter fabrics, optical transport, and backbone integration.
• Drive cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, and vendors to meet aggressive deployment timelines.
• Develop and execute program plans, risk mitigation strategies, and dependency management for global-scale regions.
• Oversee network validations, automation readiness, and 24x7 build-phase operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align on AI, sovereign, and high-density compute requirements.
• Track program metrics, budgets, and resources, providing executive-level reporting and insights.
• Identify process improvements and implement tools for scalable network deployments.
• Mentor junior program managers and foster a culture of operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technical program management, with 5+ years in cloud infrastructure or network builds.
• Proven track record leading large-scale datacenter or network deployment programs.
• Deep expertise in network technologies including fabrics, optical transport, and backbone systems.
• Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and program management tools (Jira, Asana).
• Excellent communication skills for executive stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
