Overview

Oracle is seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager (TPM) for APAC Strategic Customer Engineering, based in Seattle, WA. In this role, you will lead complex technical programs for key APAC customers, driving engineering initiatives that deliver strategic value and innovation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and customer success across the region.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical programs for APAC strategic customers, from scoping to delivery.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and sales teams to align on customer requirements.
• Define program roadmaps, milestones, and success metrics for high-impact initiatives.
• Mitigate risks, resolve blockers, and ensure on-time delivery of engineering projects.
• Drive cross-regional coordination for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) deployments.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to TPM teams and stakeholders.
• Track program health using data-driven insights and report to senior leadership.
• Foster customer relationships through proactive communication and solution delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technical program management or engineering roles.
• Proven track record managing complex, customer-facing programs in APAC.
• Deep knowledge of cloud infrastructure, OCI, or similar technologies.
• Strong technical background with ability to dive into engineering details.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
