Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UX design for AI agent builders, workflows, and data refinement tools.
• Conduct user research with technical enterprise users to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma or similar tools.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to align designs with technical feasibility.
• Define and evolve design systems for scalable, consistent AI platform experiences.
• Perform usability testing and iterate based on quantitative and qualitative feedback.
• Mentor junior designers and advocate for UX best practices across teams.
• Present design work to stakeholders and contribute to product roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of UX design experience, with 5+ years in enterprise software or AI/ML platforms.
• Proven portfolio showcasing complex technical interfaces and data visualization.
• Expertise in user research, interaction design, and visual design principles.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools.
• Experience designing for highly technical users in B2B environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field; Master's preferred.
