Oracle is seeking a Principal/Sr. Principal EPM Solution Specialist in Austin, TX, to drive advanced EPM Cloud implementations. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in EPBCS, FCCS, and ARCS application development and support, combined with strong finance domain knowledge. Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and deployment of EPBCS, FCCS, and ARCS solutions.
• Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for EPM Cloud applications.
• Collaborate with finance teams to gather requirements and translate into technical solutions.
• Develop custom scripts, integrations, and reports using EPM automation tools.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer for clients and internal teams.
• Perform system performance tuning, optimization, and upgrade implementations.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to EPM best practices and methodologies.
• Stay current with Oracle EPM Cloud updates and emerging financial technologies.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud (EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS).
• Strong application development skills in Groovy, REST APIs, and EPM scripting.
• Deep finance knowledge in planning, consolidation, account reconciliation, and reporting.
• Proven track record of delivering end-to-end EPM implementations.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, or related field; certifications preferred.
