Responsibilities

• Define and execute product vision and strategy for CMK in Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM.
• Develop and prioritize multi-year product roadmaps aligned with customer needs and market trends.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, and customer success to deliver innovative B2B/EDI solutions.
• Drive compliance with industry standards (e.g., AS2, EDI, Peppol) and regulatory requirements.
• Enhance trading partner onboarding and connectivity for global supply chain ecosystems.
• Leverage AI/ML to build intelligent messaging and automation capabilities.
• Conduct market analysis, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback synthesis.
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve product KPIs and business objectives.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in product management, with 5+ years in SCM, B2B integration, or EDI solutions.
• Proven track record leading cloud SaaS products in enterprise environments.
• Deep knowledge of supply chain processes, Procurement, and Finance integrations.
• Experience with AI-enhanced products and emerging B2B technologies.
• Strong technical understanding of messaging protocols (AS2, FTP, APIs) and standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
