Overview

Oracle is seeking an experienced Product Manager to collaborate closely with clients in defining project requirements and developing comprehensive project plans. In this role, you will manage the capture of level of effort (LOE) for contracting work, ensuring seamless delivery across the United States. Responsibilities

  • Work directly with clients to gather and define detailed project requirements.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and milestones.
  • Manage the capture and documentation of level of effort (LOE) for all contracting work.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, and support.
  • Prioritize product features based on client feedback and business objectives.
  • Track project progress and ensure delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Conduct stakeholder meetings and provide regular status updates.
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role.
  • Proven track record managing client-facing projects and LOE processes.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with enterprise software solutions preferred.
