Oracle is seeking a Product Manager/Strategy for Oracle Health AI to drive innovative AI solutions in healthcare. In this role, you will define product vision, roadmap, and strategy for AI-powered health platforms, collaborating with engineering, design, and clinical teams. Based in India, you will shape the future of healthcare through cutting-edge AI technologies.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product vision and roadmap for Oracle Health AI products.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities in healthcare AI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize features and deliver high-impact releases.
• Engage with customers, clinicians, and stakeholders to gather requirements and validate solutions.
• Drive go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and launch plans.
• Monitor product performance metrics and iterate based on data-driven insights.
• Partner with engineering to ensure scalable, compliant AI model integrations.
• Champion AI ethics, regulatory compliance (e.g., HIPAA, FDA), and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Healthcare, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of product management experience, with 2+ years in AI/ML or healthcare.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies (e.g., LLMs, computer vision) and healthcare workflows.
• Proven track record of launching successful B2B SaaS products.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with agile methodologies and product lifecycle management tools (e.g., Jira, Aha!).
