Responsibilities

• Define and execute product vision and strategy for Supply Chain Planning applications.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and sales teams to prioritize features and roadmaps.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities in supply chain domain.
• Gather and translate customer requirements into actionable product specifications.
• Lead cross-functional teams in designing and launching new supply chain features.
• Monitor product performance metrics and drive continuous improvements.
• Engage with key customers and partners to validate product concepts and gather feedback.
• Contribute to pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies for supply chain products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in product management, with 5+ years in Supply Chain Planning.
• Proven track record designing or implementing supply chain planning applications (e.g., Oracle SCP, SAP, Kinaxis).
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes including demand planning, inventory optimization, and S&OP.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision making.
• Experience with agile methodologies and product lifecycle management tools.
