Position Overview

Oracle is seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager with deep expertise in data security and AI to shape the narrative and promote the security benefits of the Oracle AI Database and Oracle Autonomous AI Database suite. As a pivotal member of our Product Marketing team, you’ll drive content and messaging strategy focused on AI Database security, empowering customers and differentiating Oracle’s offerings in the agentic AI market. This role offers the opportunity to influence high-impact marketing initiatives at the intersection of AI innovation and enterprise security.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive messaging strategies highlighting security features of Oracle AI Database and Autonomous AI Database.
• Create compelling content, including whitepapers, blogs, webinars, and case studies, to showcase AI-driven security benefits for agentic AI applications.
• Collaborate with product management, sales, and engineering teams to align marketing narratives with technical roadmaps and customer needs.
• Conduct market research on AI database security trends, competitive landscapes, and customer pain points to inform positioning strategies.
• Drive go-to-market campaigns, including launch plans, demand generation assets, and sales enablement materials focused on security differentiation.
• Partner with field marketing and sales to craft tailored pitches and battle cards emphasizing Oracle’s leadership in secure AI databases.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and customer feedback to refine messaging and optimize content effectiveness.
• Represent Oracle at industry events, conferences, and customer briefings as a subject matter expert on AI database security.
• Build relationships with analysts and influencers to amplify Oracle’s security story in the AI ecosystem.
• Support global localization efforts to ensure security messaging resonates across diverse markets and regions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in enterprise software, database technologies, or cybersecurity.
• Deep expertise in data security concepts, including encryption, access controls, AI governance, and compliance standards like GDPR and SOC 2.
• Proven track record developing messaging and content for complex technical products in competitive markets.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, particularly agentic AI, machine learning, and autonomous systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience creating executive-level content.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and product teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to analyze market data and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Oracle Database, Autonomous Database, or similar cloud-native AI database platforms.
• Background in marketing security solutions for AI/ML workloads or enterprise data platforms.
• Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks and their security implications in enterprise settings.
• Experience working with industry analysts such as Gartner, Forrester, or IDC.
• Technical certifications in cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP) or AI-related domains.
