Position Overview

Oracle is seeking a Product Management/Strategy Director in Product Development to lead strategic initiatives that harness AI to revolutionize customer and business experiences. In this pivotal role, you will drive the product vision, roadmap, and go-to-market strategies for AI-powered products within Oracle's cloud ecosystem. Collaborate with engineering, sales, and customer teams to deliver transformative solutions that accelerate Oracle's leadership in enterprise AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for AI-driven products, aligning with Oracle's overall cloud and business objectives
• Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities for AI innovation in customer experiences
• Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and sales to prioritize features and deliver high-impact releases
• Partner with customers and stakeholders to gather requirements and validate product concepts through prototypes and pilots
• Develop pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies to maximize product adoption and revenue growth
• Measure product success using key metrics, iterating based on data-driven insights and customer feedback
• Champion AI ethics, compliance, and responsible innovation across product development lifecycle
• Represent the product in executive reviews, investor updates, and industry conferences to build Oracle's AI thought leadership
• Mentor junior product managers and foster a culture of strategic thinking and execution excellence
• Drive strategic partnerships with AI ecosystem players to enhance Oracle's product offerings

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
• 10+ years of experience in product management, strategy, or related roles in enterprise software or cloud technologies
• Proven track record of launching AI/ML or data-driven products that achieved significant market adoption
• Strong understanding of enterprise customer needs, particularly in cloud, SaaS, and AI applications
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in agile environments with a focus on rapid iteration
• Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in tools like SQL, Tableau, or similar for data-informed decisions
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills for engaging executives and customers
• Demonstrated ability to influence without authority in matrixed organizations

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep expertise in generative AI, large language models, or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) services
• Experience in B2B enterprise sales cycles and go-to-market strategy development
• Advanced degree or certifications in AI/ML, such as from Coursera, edX, or equivalent
• Prior leadership in high-growth tech companies or startups scaling to enterprise level
• Familiarity with Oracle's product portfolio, including Fusion Applications or Autonomous Database
