Responsibilities

• Collaborate with strategic customers to design and deliver tailored OCI solutions for DRCC and Alloy platforms.
• Conduct technical workshops, proofs-of-concept, and demos to showcase OCI value propositions.
• Provide pre-sales technical support, including architecture reviews and solution blueprints.
• Integrate OCI services with customer environments, ensuring seamless adoption and optimization.
• Act as a technical liaison between customers, product teams, and sales to influence roadmap.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and develop best practices for cloud deployments.
• Stay ahead of industry trends to position OCI as the leader in multi-cloud and hybrid strategies.
• Contribute to customer success stories and case studies for marketing and sales enablement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in cloud computing, preferably with OCI, AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Deep knowledge of IaaS/PaaS services, networking, security, and container orchestration.
• Proven track record in customer-facing roles such as solutions engineering or consulting.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or Go; experience with infrastructure-as-code tools.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Japanese; ability to present to C-level executives.
