Overview

The Senior Tech Architect in the Production Engineering team ensures delivery, stability, and support of Oracle Health’s OHPAC solution. This role strengthens technical foundations, eliminates inefficiencies, and accelerates automation across the engineering ecosystem. It drives immediate and long-term value through process improvements, faster delivery, and scalable systems aligned with business growth.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable production services for OHPAC solution stability and performance.
• Lead process automation initiatives to eliminate operational inefficiencies.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance system reliability and delivery speed.
• Develop and maintain monitoring, alerting, and incident response frameworks.
• Optimize infrastructure for high availability and business growth alignment.
• Drive technical improvements and root cause analysis for production issues.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to engineering best practices.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and automation tools for faster deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; 8+ years of experience.
• Expertise in Java, cloud platforms (OCI/AWS), and microservices architecture.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle databases, Linux/Unix systems, and networking.
• Proven experience in production support, SRE practices, and automation scripting.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and experience with Agile/DevOps methodologies.
• Ability to work in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India; strong communication skills.
