Position Overview

As a Program Manager 3-ProdDev (Sustainability Program Manager) in Nashville, TN, you will lead Oracle's sustainability initiatives within product development, ensuring alignment with corporate environmental goals and regulatory standards. This role involves managing cross-functional programs to integrate sustainable practices into our cloud and software products, driving measurable impact on carbon reduction and resource efficiency. You will collaborate with engineering, product, and executive teams to champion sustainability as a core pillar of Oracle's innovation strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive sustainability programs for product development, aligning with Oracle's net-zero emissions targets
• Lead cross-functional teams to integrate sustainable design principles into software and cloud product roadmaps
• Track and report key sustainability metrics, such as carbon footprint and energy efficiency, using data-driven dashboards
• Collaborate with engineering and product managers to assess and mitigate environmental impacts of new features and deployments
• Drive stakeholder engagement across global teams to foster a culture of sustainability in product development
• Manage program budgets, timelines, and resources to deliver sustainability initiatives on schedule
• Conduct audits and gap analyses to ensure compliance with industry standards like ISO 14001 and Science-Based Targets

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in sustainability or environmental initiatives
• Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional programs in a technology or enterprise environment
• Strong understanding of sustainability metrics, ESG reporting, and environmental regulations
• Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project
• Analytical mindset with experience in data analysis and KPI tracking
• Ability to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally as needed
