We need a highly talented Technical Program Manager for the Region Build Strategy and Programs organization to lead critical functions of our OCI business. Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end programs for OCI region build automation and delivery.
• Define program scope, timelines, milestones, and success metrics.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to execute initiatives.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Drive cross-functional alignment on region build strategies and processes.
• Track program health using KPIs and provide executive-level reporting.
• Foster innovation in automation tools and deployment methodologies.
• Mentor junior program managers and contribute to team best practices.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technical program management or related fields.
• Proven track record leading complex infrastructure or cloud programs.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing, automation, and DevOps practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with OCI, AWS, Azure, or similar cloud platforms preferred.
