Position Overview

The Program Manager 4-ProdDev role within Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Dedicated Cloud Product Solutions Product Support Engineering team seeks an experienced Principal Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead engagement, technical advisement, and relationship management with OCI’s Dedicated Region Cloud @Customer (DRCC) and Oracle Alloy customers. This position is based in Bangkok, Thailand, and plays a pivotal role in ensuring customer success through proactive support and strategic program delivery. You will drive complex technical programs, mitigate risks, and foster long-term partnerships in a dynamic cloud environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Spearhead customer engagement initiatives for OCI Dedicated Region Cloud @Customer (DRCC) and Oracle Alloy, ensuring seamless onboarding and ongoing support.
  • Provide expert technical advisement on product solutions, architecture, and best practices to drive customer adoption and satisfaction.
  • Manage end-to-end program lifecycles, from planning and execution to delivery and post-implementation review.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, internal engineering teams, and sales partners.
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks, developing contingency plans to ensure program success and minimal downtime.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues, escalating to senior leadership when necessary.
  • Develop and track key performance metrics (KPIs) for customer programs, reporting progress to executives and customers.
  • Drive continuous improvement in support processes, incorporating customer feedback to enhance product offerings.
  • Facilitate technical workshops, demos, and proof-of-concepts to showcase OCI capabilities tailored to customer needs.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to prioritize enhancements based on Dedicated Cloud customer requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in technical program management, customer support, or cloud solutions delivery.
  • Proven track record managing complex enterprise cloud programs with dedicated or on-premises deployments.
  • Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, including networking, compute, storage, and security concepts.
  • Strong experience with customer relationship management in a B2B enterprise environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Microsoft Project.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) or similar hyperscale cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Familiarity with Dedicated Region Cloud @Customer (DRCC) or Oracle Alloy solutions.
  • Technical certifications such as Oracle Cloud Professional, PMP, or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in the Asia-Pacific region, with knowledge of local market dynamics and regulations.
  • Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or Ansible.
