Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of core infrastructure availability projects and strategic initiatives.

• Define and track key metrics for infrastructure reliability, availability, and performance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technical program management, preferably in cloud infrastructure or availability.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven track record managing large-scale, high-stakes infrastructure programs.
• Deep expertise in agile methodologies, risk management, and dependency mapping.
• Strong technical knowledge of cloud platforms, distributed systems, and reliability engineering.
