Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to scale server qualification processes for GPU-heavy AI infrastructure.
• Optimize throughput and yield rates across global manufacturing sites and product lines.
• Develop repeatable qualification models for rapid onboarding of new products and factories.
• Drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions to minimize production disruptions.
• Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and quality teams to ensure predictable scalability.
• Establish KPIs and reporting mechanisms to track qualification efficiency and quality metrics.
• Manage vendor and partner relationships for qualification tools and processes.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives to accelerate time-to-production.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in program management, hardware development, or manufacturing operations.
• Proven experience scaling production processes in high-volume server or GPU environments.
• Strong understanding of AI infrastructure, server qualification, and yield optimization.
• Excellent cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Data-driven mindset with experience in KPI development and process metrics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; PMP or equivalent preferred.
