Position Overview

Oracle is seeking an experienced Program Manager 4-ProdDev to lead the development and implementation of complex systems and platforms integrating hardware and software from multiple providers. This role requires orchestrating cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions on time while proactively mitigating risks and ensuring seamless market launches. You will play a pivotal role in driving Oracle's product development lifecycle, from concept to production, in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program management for complex systems integrating hardware and software components from multiple vendors
• Develop and maintain detailed program plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure on-time delivery to market
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks across the development lifecycle, implementing proactive contingency plans
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, product, supply chain, and quality assurance to align on objectives
• Facilitate integration testing and validation of multi-vendor hardware-software ecosystems
• Drive stakeholder communication, providing regular status updates, dashboards, and executive presentations
• Manage program budgets, resources, and vendor relationships to optimize costs and performance
• Implement agile methodologies and continuous improvement processes to enhance development efficiency
• Ensure compliance with Oracle's quality standards, security protocols, and regulatory requirements
• Conduct post-launch reviews to capture lessons learned and drive future program enhancements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in program or project management within technology product development
• Proven track record managing complex programs involving hardware-software integration from multiple providers
• Strong understanding of product development lifecycles, including agile and waterfall methodologies
• Expertise in risk management, mitigation strategies, and dependency tracking tools
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders
• Proficiency in program management tools such as Jira, MS Project, or Oracle Primavera
• Demonstrated ability to deliver programs on time, within budget, and to quality standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field or PMP, PgMP, or similar certification
• Experience in cloud infrastructure, enterprise systems, or Oracle product ecosystems
• Prior exposure to hardware supply chain management and vendor ecosystem orchestration
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for integrated systems
• Background in high-tech industries such as semiconductors, data centers, or enterprise software
