Overview

Lead cross-functional software delivery, process automation, and workflow improvements for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure systems. Drive end-to-end program management to ensure timely, high-quality releases and operational excellence. Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to optimize delivery pipelines and scale infrastructure capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple cross-functional teams to deliver complex OCI software projects on schedule.
• Define and implement process automation to streamline development workflows and reduce manual efforts.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• Manage program risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications across global teams.
• Develop metrics and dashboards to track program health, velocity, and quality standards.
• Lead capacity planning, resource allocation, and sprint planning for development cycles.
• Foster collaboration between engineering, product management, and operations groups.
• Champion agile methodologies and best practices for scalable cloud infrastructure delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of program/project management experience in software development or cloud infrastructure.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced tech environments.
• Deep expertise in agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure systems (OCI, AWS, Azure preferred).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
