Overview

The Compute Scaled Manufacturing organization drives Oracle’s AI infrastructure by scaling server qualification to meet surging GPU demand, boosting throughput and yields across sites and products. We standardize SKU and supplier qualification, accelerate production ramps, and ensure lifecycle traceability for faster time-to-production and predictable quality at scale. Success enables a repeatable model for seamless onboarding of new products and factories.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to scale server qualification processes and standardize SKU/supplier validation.
• Drive throughput improvements and yield optimization across global manufacturing sites.
• Accelerate production ramps for new products while minimizing disruptions.
• Implement end-to-end lifecycle traceability and accountability systems.
• Develop repeatable models for qualifying new factories and product lines.
• Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and operations to ensure predictable quality at scale.
• Monitor KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and execute data-driven improvements.
• Mentor junior program managers and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in program management, preferably in hardware manufacturing or supply chain.
• Proven track record scaling production processes in high-volume environments.
• Deep expertise in server/hardware qualification, SKU management, and yield optimization.
• Strong cross-functional leadership with engineering, procurement, and operations teams.
• Experience with AI infrastructure, GPU manufacturing, or cloud hardware a plus.
• Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in KPI tracking and process improvement tools.
