Overview

Seeking a Technical Program Manager with 2-4 years of experience in cloud technologies to support cloud migrations for Oracle Health & Analytics Federal Government Clients. This role requires US Citizenship and eligibility to obtain & maintain a federal security clearance. Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end cloud migration projects for federal clients in health and analytics sectors.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of migration milestones.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and success criteria.
• Conduct technical reviews and ensure compliance with federal security standards.
• Provide status reporting and presentations to leadership and clients.
• Drive continuous improvement in migration processes and tools.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in technical program management, preferably in cloud technologies.
• US Citizen eligible to obtain and maintain federal security clearance.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., OCI, AWS, Azure) and migration strategies.
• Experience with federal government contracts and compliance requirements.
• Excellent project management skills with tools like Jira, MS Project, or similar.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
